A platform-specific lookup on a channel, such as Discord and Slack channels. Pinterest boards and Google Business locations work the same way once those platforms arrive, both are coming soon. You need these because the post's \`settings\` field expects an ID, not a name.

The names of the tools you can call are listed in that channel's settings schema.

## Parameters
