# A naptár

A napi kiindulópont: nézetek, szűrők, bejegyzésállapotok, és a telefonos naptár eltérései.

## Views

The calendar is your daily starting point. It has three views: `Day`, `Week` and `Month`. The week view is the most common choice: it covers enough time to show the rhythm while still displaying individual hours.

## Filters

Use the channel bar at the top of the calendar to filter posts by channel. If you use [client groups](https://posty.hu/en/docs/channels/customer-groups), you can also filter by client to see only that client's calendar.

## Post statuses

| Status | What it means | What to do next |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Draft | A saved post that won't be published. Even with a date and time set, it won't enter the queue. | When it's ready, change its status to Scheduled. |
| Scheduled | Queued for publishing at the date and time you set. | Nothing. You can edit or reschedule it until then. |
| Published | Published on the platform. Its stats start accumulating from that point. | Open its stats or view it on the platform. |
| Error | Publishing failed: the platform rejected the post, the channel is disconnected or disabled, or it exceeded one of your plan's limits. | Check the error message on the post, fix the issue and schedule it again. |

Failed posts are not retried automatically

If publishing fails, the post remains in Error status and you need to schedule it again. This is intentional: an automatic retry would run into the same error or publish the post hours later, when it is no longer relevant.

## The Posts list

The `Posts` page shows the same posts as a list, grouped by status. It is more convenient than the calendar when you want to see what is ready and what still needs your attention, rather than when each post is scheduled.

## On mobile

The calendar has a separate mobile layout. In Month view, you see a grid of dots with a list of upcoming posts underneath. Week and Day views show a list grouped by day.

You can't drag a post to a new time on mobile, but you can still change the time by opening the post. See the [Moving posts](https://posty.hu/en/docs/calendar/moving) page.
