# Leminősítés és lemondás

## Switching to a smaller plan

The downgrade takes effect immediately, and Stripe prorates the charge. Anything over the new limits is **disabled, not deleted**.

| Limit | What happens if you go over |
| --- | --- |
| Channel | We disable any channels over the limit. Their data, posts, and stats are kept. |
| User | Existing members remain, but you can't invite new ones while you're over the limit. |
| Workspace | You keep your existing workspaces, but you can't create new ones. |
| Webhook | Webhooks over the limit stop delivering until you're back within the limit. |

## Which channels stay

Choose first

If you don't choose, we pick which channels go over the limit. Before you downgrade, disable the ones you don't need: a disabled channel doesn't count toward the limit, so only the channels you want will remain active.

   Under the profile button in the bottom-left corner.

   Cancel your subscription
   
   We'll offer you a discount. You can still continue if you decline.

   We ask one short, optional question to help us understand what was missing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, everything you've paid for keeps working.

## After you cancel

- We disable the channels, and scheduled posts will not be published.
- Your calendar, posts, media library, and stats will remain. Canceling does not delete your account.
- API keys stop working because API access requires a subscription.
- Posts already published on social platforms stay there. They are beyond our control.

If you want to delete everything as well as cancel your subscription, you need to request that separately on the [Settings](https://posty.hu/en/docs/settings) page.

## Coming back

If you resubscribe later, the channels can be turned back on, and your calendar will be where you left it. You won't get another free trial.

You can reactivate your subscription with one click on the `Billing` page before the current billing period ends.
