# Számlák és visszatérítés

Honnan töltöd le a számlát, ki állítja ki, és mikor jár elállás vagy visszatérítés.

## Download an invoice

   Open the Billing page
   
   Under the profile button in the bottom-left corner.

   The button opens the Stripe customer portal.

   Download the invoice
   
   All previous invoices are available to download in the portal.

You also get an email confirmation with the invoice after every successful charge.

## Billing details

You can enter and update your billing name, address, and tax ID in the Stripe customer portal. If the invoice is for a business, enter these details before paying. Once an invoice has been issued, its details cannot be changed. You can only request a new invoice.

## VAT and currency

Prices are in forints and include VAT: the amount shown is what you pay. The payment provider handles VAT and lists it on the invoice.

## What appears on your bank statement

It will not say "Posty"

Your bank statement shows the payment processor's name, not the product name. If you see an unfamiliar charge that matches your Posty subscription amount, this is probably it. If you are unsure, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. A chargeback closes your account, and resolving it takes weeks.

## Refunds and withdrawal
