## What to put in the email

These four details are usually enough for us to solve it on the first pass:

- **Which email address** you use with Posty. Especially important if you're writing from a different one.
- **Which channel** and which platform, if it's about a channel.
- **The error message**, word for word. A screenshot works too. This is the detail that's missing most often, and the one that gets us to a fix the fastest.
- **When it happened**, roughly. For a scheduled post, the planned time helps too.

Never send a password or an API key

We don't need it, and we don't ask for it. If a key has leaked, replace it the way the [Developer settings](https://posty.hu/en/docs/settings/developers) page describes.

## How long we take to reply

On weekdays we usually reply within a day. We're a small team, so the reply comes from a person, not a template. Weekends can take longer.
