Bejegyzés megosztása jóváhagyásra

A nyilvános előnézeti link, a hozzászólások rajta, és az, hogy miért nem nevezzük ezt jóváhagyási folyamatnak.

Every post has a public preview page. Click the eye icon in the calendar to open it in a new tab. You can send the URL to anyone: they don't need a Posty account to view it.

The page shows the post text and media, the channels it will be published to, and the scheduled time. Anyone who opens it can also leave a comment.

Anyone with the link can see the post

The link is not password-protected. Anyone who receives it can open it. Don't use this link for a post that must remain confidential until it is published.

A practical workflow

  1. 1
Write the post and save it as a draft
A draft won't be published, even if it has a scheduled time. Keeping it as a draft is the safe option before approval.
  2. 2
    Send the preview link
Open it with the eye icon in the calendar, then copy the link from the browser address bar.
  3. 3
    The client comments
Their comments appear on the preview page, next to the post.
  4. 4
Make the changes and schedule it
After making the changes, click Add to Calendar to schedule the post. It will be published at the scheduled time.

What it doesn't do

  • There is no approver role. You cannot assign an approver, and the system doesn't record who approved the post.
  • There is no status that blocks a post until approval. Anyone with access to the workspace can schedule a draft.
  • There are no comment notifications. We don't send an email when someone comments on the preview page. You need to check the page yourself.

If you need more

If your client needs to view the calendar, there are two options. You can invite them as a team member with the User role, or create a separate workspace for them.

If you track approvals in your own system, the draft status and the public API are all you need. Your own interface handles approval, then schedules the post with a single call.
