Where to manage it
Select the profile button in the bottom left, then Billing. Here you can see your current plan, change plans, and open Stripe to manage your payment method and invoices.
The Billing menu item is only visible to admins and superadmins.
Who the subscription belongs to
The subscription belongs to the user who pays for it. Paying gives them superadmin access to the workspace. The plan's limits belong to them too.
- If a colleague has their own, larger plan, it does not apply to this workspace.
- If the payer owns several workspaces, those workspaces share the plan's limits.
- If you remove the payer from the team, the workspace loses the subscription and its limits. Sort out the subscription first.
Changing plans
Changing plans takes one click on the Billing page. The change takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the charge, crediting any prepaid, unused time toward the price of the new plan.

| Downgrade | The new limits apply immediately, and anything over them is disabled. See the downgrade page. |
Monthly or annual
You can pay for any plan monthly or annually. Paying annually costs less, but you pay the full year upfront. Prices are on the Plans and limits page and the Pricing page.
Payment method and invoices
The Update payment method and Invoice history buttons open Stripe's customer portal. There you can change your card and download invoices. We never receive your card details.

Failed payment
If a payment fails, you get a notification and a few days to update your payment method. Posts still go out during that time.
If the grace period runs out, we suspend the subscription and disable the channels. Your data remains intact, and everything can be reactivated after payment. Details are on the Downgrade and cancellation page.
