Sets

A set is a saved starting point. If you regularly post to the same six channels with the same structure, save it as a set. Start the next post from there.

To save: use the Save Set button in the editor footer. To use: we offer your saved sets when you open Studio. Skip them with the Continue without set button.

Signatures

A signature is a saved snippet: a contact, a website, a recurring call to action. You insert it from the editor toolbar, and you can keep more than one.

You create, edit, and delete signatures from the same control you insert them from.

Editing is not retroactive

If you change a set or a signature, posts already made from them do not change. The set and the signature are copied into the post at the moment you insert them. From then on, they are the post's own text.

If you are looking for something that actually repeats and can be edited in one place, that is the recurring post. You edit it in one place, and the change takes effect from the next time it goes out.
