Csapat és munkaterületek

Mikor kell külön munkaterület, milyen szerepkörök vannak, és ki mit tud megtenni.

Workspaces

A workspace is a separate calendar with its own channels, media library, posts and team. Nothing is shared between workspaces.

On the Workspaces card under Team, you can create a workspace, rename it, assign it a colour, or delete it. Use the button in the top-left corner to switch between workspaces.

Deleting a workspace takes everything with it

Deleting a workspace requires two confirmations and permanently deletes all its channels, posts and media. If you only want to pause work in the workspace, disable its channels instead.

How many workspaces you can have depends on your plan. The numbers are on the Plans and limits page.

Roles

RoleWhat they can doWhat they cannot do
UserWrite, schedule and publish posts, upload media, and view analytics.View billing or manage team members.
AdminEverything a User can do, plus connect and manage channels and view billing.Delete workspaces or manage the subscription.
SuperadminEverything, including managing the subscription, renaming and deleting workspaces, managing API keys, and enabling apps.None.
The superadmin is whoever pays

The subscription belongs to the user who pays for it, and they become the workspace's superadmin. The plan limits are tied to that user too: a colleague's larger personal plan does not increase this workspace's limits.

Inviting a team member

  1. 1
    Open the Team page
In the left-hand menu, go to Team and find the Team Members card.
  2. 2
    Add another member
Pick the role: User or Admin.
  3. 3
    Send the invite
Enter the email address and we'll send the email, or copy the link and send it yourself.

The person you invite signs in with their own Posty account. They will then see this workspace in the workspace switcher.

Seats

The seat count includes you

The user limit in your plan includes every member of the workspace, including you. A single-user plan means "you and nobody else", so you cannot invite anyone else.

The Team page header shows how many seats you are using out of the total available. If they are all taken, you cannot use the invite button until you free up a seat or switch to a larger plan. We check seat availability again when the invite is accepted.

Removing a member

  • Use the Remove button in the team member's row. The button only appears if your role is higher than theirs.
  • The removed member loses access immediately, but the posts they created and the media they uploaded stay in the workspace.
  • The removed member's API keys stop working. If an automation was running under their account, update it to use another user's key first.
