A bejegyzés megírása

Formázás, karakterszámláló, emodzsik, megjelölések, aláírások és címkék a szerkesztőben.

Formatting

The editor supports basic formatting: paragraphs, bold, italics, lists, and links. The options are intentionally limited because most social platforms do not display formatting anyway. Any formatting that does not carry over is converted to plain text when the post is published.

You can insert emoji from the built-in emoji picker or paste them in. For mentions (@) and hashtags (#), type the symbol followed by the name. The platform resolves them, not Posty.

Mentions are platform-specific

The same @name may become a mention on one platform but remain plain text on another because usernames differ between platforms. If the mention is important, use channel-specific text.

Character counter

The counter always shows the limit for the channel tab you are viewing. It uses the limit that applies to the connected account, not the platform's general limit. So you may see different limits for two X channels.

If the text is too long, you can still save the post. We show you which channel it is too long for, and you cannot schedule it for that channel until it fits.

Signature

A signature is a saved snippet you can add to the end of a post with one click, such as contact details, a website, or a recurring call to action. You can save several signatures and choose one from the editor toolbar.

The Sets and signatures page explains how to manage them.

Tags

A tag is not a hashtag

Tags help you organize your content. Use them to filter the calendar and post list. They are not sent to the platform and do not appear in the post text. If you want a hashtag, add it to the post text.

Link to a previous post

From the toolbar, you can open a list of your previous posts and insert a link to one in the new post. This is useful for referring back to an older post or continuing a thread from an earlier post.

The Threads and comments page explains how to continue a thread.
